Telemental Health: No difference in patient satisfaction over face-to-face treatment

This study examined patient perceptions of the experience of mental health treatment delivery in a correctional facility.  Participants either received conventional face-to-face treatment, or treatment via two-way videoconference.  Surveys indicate no significant difference in patient satisfaction between the two modalities.
